HOW IT’S PREPARED:

  • ASHWAGANDHA TEA: One cup of tea made with five teaspoons powered root (approximately 150 to 600 standardized extract daily) for 2-4 weeks to feel the effects

POSSIBLE SIDE-EFFECTS AND SIGNS OF TOXICITY: Upset Stomach, Diarrhea, Vomiting
