We strongly urge you to follow this 2-stage process. This process takes 5 to 20 days until Miscarriage occurs.
Stage 1) Take 500 to 1000 mg. of Rutin in capsule form daily whenever pregnancy is suspected, and continue until your menstrual flow begins. And take 6 to 10 grams (6000 to 10,000mgs.) of vitamin C per day until you begin your menstrual flow. You may want to start with 6 grams per day and work up to 10 grams.
Your body will “tell” you when you reach your maximum tolerance for vitamin C by having loose stools (diarrhea). If this happens, decrease the dose slightly until your stools are normal. If you can not tolerate at least 6 grams a day try to work up to it gradually but be careful not to dehydrate yourself due to diarrhea. Drink plenty of water and add a little honey and salt to the water to combat dehydration. Note: The easiest way to take vitamin C is in powder or crystal form mixed with water or juice. Read the jar closely so you get the correct dose. Usually, one teaspoon of powdered vitamin C is 5 grams.
Stage 2) After five days of taking vitamin C and Rutin with no results, you may add a herb to the procedure. The herb is Ginger Root (Zingber). Take one teaspoon of ginger root powder in a cup of boiling water, let cool and drink it. You may take four cups per day. This can also be prepared with fresh chopped ginger root, using one ounce of chopped ginger root per pint of hot water. Cover it tightly and let it sit for an hour or two at most, strain off the liquid and drink four cups a day. If you are pregnant this tea may make you nauseous. You can take ginger tablets but it is not as effective as fresh ginger. Remember to continue taking vitamin C.

“I only took Rutin once and then followed with Vitamin C, 500 mg per hour for the rest of the day (started at 4pm, went to bed at 1am). I also brewed a ginger tincture and parsley tincture. Drank roughly 2 cups of each. Felt a bit dizzy at first, but it went away. Ate dried pineapple as well, but I like to snack on it, not really for the method (as I do believe you need to use young, fresh pineapple). Hey ladies! I just wanted to do a follow-up. I had a natural miscarriage last month and it’s day one of my period, so it really worked. I did several methods. At 5 weeks 2 days, I drank pomegranate juice (Bolthouse farms brand) and ate guacamole. I really don’t believe the avocados did anything.
