Abortion by massage is widely practiced in present-day Southeast Asia in countries like Indonesia, and the Philippines and of thousands of abortions, practitioners in rural Thailand found that almost half were performed using a method of uterine massage.
Massage abortion does not require any vaginal manipulation but the pregnancy must be significantly advanced for the swollen uterus to be palpated correctly. A traditional birth attendant will usually begin by stabilizing the uterus and then begin putting increasing pressure on the abdominal wall.
Massaging the uterus directly, deeply and vigorously may encourage a miscarriage.
Place your fist just below the belly button and push in as deep as you can without causing severe pain and agitate the area vigorously with the intention of dislodging the fetus.
Massage of the uterine reflex points on your feet can an effective method to induce miscarriage. The place to be massaged is a point located on the inside of each foot just halfway between the anklebone and the heal of the foot. (see diagram).
Use the point of your thumb and press very deep on this point. You will feel a sharp pain when you locate the correct point if you are pregnant, ovulating, or menstruating. Hold this point as hard and long as you can stand it, at least five minutes, and do it at least three times per day. Some women have aborted by just doing this procedure and nothing else.
Massage strong acupuncture point by stimulating San Yin Chiao (SP6) in conjunction with He Gu (LI4).
You can do it to your self or alternate, ask someone else to assist you. Hold and stimulate both points as hard as you can stand it, at least 10 minutes, and do it at least three times per day. Some women have aborted by just doing this procedure and nothing else.
San Yin Chiao (SP6) is located on the inside of your leg, just above our ankle. To find this point, (1) locate the highest peak of the ankle then (2) four finger widths up your leg, apply deep pressure slightly behind the bone (tibia) and massage the area. You will feel a sharp pain when you locate the correct point.
He Gu (LI4) is located on the highest spot of the muscle when the thumb and index fingers are brought close together. To use acupressure on this point, (1) locate the point then (2) use a deep, firm pressure to massage and stimulate the area. You will feel a sharp pain when you locate the correct point.
